Our London studio seeks a forward-thinking Studio Administrator to join the team.

Position Overview



As the London Studio Administrator, you will be self-motivated, with exceptional organisation and communications skills and the ability to adapt to support the wider team.

Ensure the smooth running and general maintenance of the London Studio. General admin duties such as ordering supplies, diary management, printing, binding, typing, filing and post. PA-assistance to the Directors and Associates, including uploading receipts to Dext. Support senior and wider team. Preparation of marketing material such as CV's, case studies or client presentations. Attending and supporting internal Working Groups. Arranging events. Assist with on-boarding of new starters. Managing meeting room requirements including greeting visitors and organising internal CPD's. Answering the telephone. Coordinating with our other studios within ECE Group.

Experience Required



Previous experience in a relevant role. A can-do approach to all aspects of work. Discretion and the ability to work with confidential information. The ability to prioritise, set own relevant deadlines and deliver to agreed timescales. Superb attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word and Outlook. Confident telephone manner.

Highly Advantageous



A working knowledge of InDesign. Experience working in Architecture / Design / Construction industry.

Remuneration & Package



This position is a permanent part-time role.

Anticipated working hours are 4 or 5 days per week, 4-6 hours per day (22.5-25 hours per week); open to discussion.
