What We're Looking For
We're seeking an organised, detail-oriented Studio Administrator with a solid background in administration, sales, and media. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative skill set with experience in booking clients, managing calendars, handling CRM systems, and liaising with clients and technicians to ensure a seamless production process. A media and sales background is highly beneficial to thrive in this role.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Studio Administrator, you'll be responsible for administrative tasks that ensure smooth studio operations and client satisfaction. You'll manage studio bookings, handle CRM processes, and work closely with technicians before, during, and after shoots to ensure all client needs are met.
You will:
Manage client bookings, coordinating schedules and availability
Maintain and update the CRM with new leads and client interactions
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from new clients and leads
Liaise with technicians to ensure they are prepared and equipped for each session
Provide support and follow-up with clients throughout the booking and production process
Work with the team to ensure that studio operations meet high standards of professionalism and efficiency
Job Duties:
Oversee all administrative tasks related to studio operations and client bookings
Manage the studio calendar and ensure all scheduling is up to date
Communicate with technicians before, during, and after sessions to ensure client satisfaction
Answer calls and emails promptly, assisting new clients and answering queries
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and bookings
Skills Required:
Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, CRM, and customer relations
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Background in media, sales, or a related field is highly desirable
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Comfortable with answering calls and engaging with new clients and leads

Experience, Skills & Qualifications (Required):
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a media or customer-focused environment
Proven experience in handling bookings, CRM systems, and client relations
Background in media production or sales is highly beneficial
Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
Highly organized with effective time-management skills
Attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction
