Who are we looking for?

As a Studio Assistant you will be a PEMFiT Professional, you will play an integral role in the day to day running of the studio and provide a warm and friendly environment for everyone who enters our wellness space. At PEMFiT we share a passion to help others live more energised lives, we rely on our intuitive nature to deliver a unique service focused on the client`s needs. Communication and listening skills are essential, as is a commitment to continuous learning and a desire to provide an exceptional experience in the service of our clients.

You will be joining a rapidly growing company, so adaptability will benefit you greatly in this role. Previous experience within customer-facing environments is an essential requirement as you will be delivering PEMFiT sessions on a 121 basis with clients; and supporting them throughout their PEMFiT journey. Awareness of the brand and knowledge of PEMF is advantageous, however full PEMFiT training will be provided.

Responsibilities

You would be assisting the PEMFiT Studio Manager with the day-to-day operations of our PEMFiT studio, your main responsibilities would include:

? Delivering PEMFiT sessions to our clients, monitoring their progress throughout and making recommendations based on their results and your PEMFiT expertise.

? Identifying people who may benefit from the service we provide and then outreaching

? Assisting with sales and marketing including social media

? Making and receiving calls, both for bookings and enquiries

? Using the booking system & taking payments

? Keeping the studio clean and organised in line with PEMFiT branding.

? Occasionally opening and closing the studio in the absence of the manager

? Attending training conferences when required

? Assisting with inventory management and the ordering of supplies

Requirements:

? Excellent communication and customer service skills

? (Preferred- not essential) post graduate with human biology/ anatomy/ sports science degree

? Strong interpersonal skills

? Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

? Strong organisational and time management skills

? An ability to prioritise and multitask

? Keen interest in health and wellness or biohacking

? Results orientated

? Basic computer skills
