We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow Oversee food production processes, maintaining high quality and consistency across all dishes Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise kitchen efficiency Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas Train new staff members in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and service standards Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations

Skills



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Excellent culinary skills with a flair for creativity in menu development Effective leadership qualities coupled with good organisational skills Experience in food production, restaurant operations, and serving customers Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence
