We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Sunday Lunch offering.
The person required will be responsible for the preparation and serving of traditional Sunday Lunches, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality are maintained at all times.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of a traditional Sunday Lunch Menu, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils, equipment, and surfaces
Prepare ingredients for meal service, including chopping, peeling, and portioning
Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
Serve meals to customers in a professional and courteous manner
Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
Good organisational skills with an eye for detail in meal presentation
Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not essential for entry-level candidates
Serving experience is beneficial for roles involving direct customer interaction
