As a Supervisor, you will oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

Lead and manage Front of house staff to ensure efficient food preparation and production. Oversee daily operations in the kitchen, including food safety practices and cleanliness. Assist in the development of menus and recipes, ensuring that they meet customer expectations. Train new team members in culinary techniques, food handling, and safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or customers promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation, production processes, and culinary techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in bartending or as a cook is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
