Hybrid Working

This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

The Opportunity

Reporting and aligned to one of our Supplier Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier and business relationships throughout their lifecycle and supplier performance reporting and analysis within the specific supplier management category you are assigned to. You will own the input of supplier information into databases, trackers, dashboards and scorecards contributing to a mature supplier management practice. There are 4 specific categories: People Technology, Customer and Restaurant, Corporate and Infrastructure & Office.

What will my accountabilities be?

  • Work closely with the Supplier Selection & Contracts Specialist to provide strategic supplier management governance for any new or extended service contracts
  • Ascertaining any delivery risks are appropriately captured during on and off-boarding
  • Accountable for working closely with the Deployment and Testing team & Service Operations team to ensure a smooth transition of all local services into production with established support models
  • Support the Technology Adoption and Innovation team to ensure corporate and restaurant teams are ready to receive any changes in terms of training and business process enhancements & that sufficient engagement has taken place, so the full benefits are realised
  • Monitoring, measuring and auditing supplier performance utilising dashboards and scorecards
  • Supporting the Supplier Managers with maintaining continuous improvement registers, service improvement plans, product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Drafting and publishing agendas and content for regular service reviews with our suppliers using global Vendor Management Office (VMO) scorecards and tooling, tracking actions on the Continual Improvement Register and implementing service improvement plans where required
  • Attend regular communications with internal stakeholders to report on supplier and team performance and align priorities, documenting and publishing minutes and actions
  • Maintain supplier information in supplier management tools and feeding updates to the Service Catalogue
  • Creating and maintaining supplier dependency matrix\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Monitor and manage supplier risk using globally supplied tooling
  • Provide inputs for contract review, renewal and/or termination
What team will I be a part of?

The Supplier Management Analyst will operate within the Supplier Management team and as part of the Running Great Restaurant Technology department.

Qualifications

What background do I need to have?
  • Experience in supplier governance
  • Experience working with a diverse and broad range of technology suppliers driving continuous improvement in the availability and performance of their products
  • Ability to interpret data and present back to suppliers and stakeholders in an appropriate format and level of detail
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and commercial acumen
  • The role holder will be able to build collaborative working relationships with suppliers and their stakeholders including McDonald\xe2\x80\x99s Franchisees and our partners
  • Experience of building and maintaining product roadmaps and prioritised backlog
