JOB MISSION:




The Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure timely shipment, transport and delivery of New Balance products into Europe and the UK to maximise order book conversion opportunities. This is fast paced role where you'll be responsible to multitasking and prioritising your workload. Ideal candidates will have a background in logistics and be confident with managing their own task.


We offer hybrid working and a flexibility to working hours to accommodate for a healthy work life balance. Ideal candidates will be in the office 3 days per week.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:



Coordinate inbound shipments from factories to our distribution centres and direct customer warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Liaise closely with Purchasing, Order Management, and Logistics Forwarders to expedite shipment bookings and resolve any bottlenecks Monitoring shipment milestones, status changes, and timings of inbound freight to proactively resolve delays Plan warehouse receipts effectively to maximize order book conversion opportunities and minimise demurrage cost Effectively communicate updates and changes to the Inbound Logistics Manager and relevant stakeholders Monitoring that applicable automated data packets are correctly transmitted between all connected IT systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting, process mapping, and documentation for Inbound Logistics operation visibility.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS



Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain Understanding of transportation and warehouse operations and delivery requirements Good presentation, written, and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels Fluency in English, additional other languages would be benefitial Attention to detail Proactive approach A highly reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and reporting dashboards. Highly organised in prioritising work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment Experience with logistics systems is a plus.
