The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Support Manager
to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of care across our care homes.
As a Support Manager, you will:
Provide effective leadership and management across multiple homes.
Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff.
Monitor financial and business performance, implementing strategies for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain and enhance the quality of care and living environment for residents.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems.
Reports to:
Operations Manager
Skills & Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
Proven experience managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and support teams to deliver high-quality care.
Commitment to best practices in elderly care.
