Essential Requirements
Eligible to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
Over 21 years old.
To have a full driving license and use of vehicle with business insurance.
Your role
Support children and young people in their daily lives, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
Build trusting, positive relationships, always seeing beyond behaviours to understand their needs and experiences.
Work collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive team to deliver personalised care and support plans.
Remain calm and compassionate in challenging situations, providing stability and reassurance.
Encourage participation in education, activities, and community life.
Maintain clear, accurate records and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding.
About You
Previous experience working in a registered children's residential setting is essential.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and trauma-informed care.
Confident in supporting colleagues, with excellent communication skills.
Compassionate, resilient, and committed to making a positive difference.
