Responsibilities

Engage clients in social activities and community involvement to enhance their quality of life. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care setting.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Leadership qualities to guide and motivate clients towards achieving their goals. Proficiency in IT for maintaining records and communicating with team members efficiently. Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
