Supported Living - Support Worker - Luton
Flexi Hours
Due to the nature of the role only carers that drive with use of their own vehicle will be considered. None drivers WILL NOT be considered for this position.
APT Care provide care to the elderly of Luton and surrounding areas. With a fantastic team of passionate and professional carers, our staff support people with their everyday routines, enabling them to remain at home for longer.
APT Care have a small supported living property in Luton which x 1 carer supports 1 client living within. APT are looking for a new flexi support worker with experience in treating individual with learning disability to join the team
Food preparation support & encouraging good nutritional intake
Take out services, companionship and encouraging community engagement
General household support such as bills, post and trips to local appointments
Single care support
Elderly, Learning disabilities and care delivery in line with day to day individual needs.
We are looking for caring and committed characters who will support our everyday services to be outstanding! Working collaboratively and professionally with our other Luton care support worker to ensure safe services are delivered at all times.
Weekly rota
Competitive hourly pay
2 weekly pay
Paid annual leave
Fixed weekly days off and working every other weekend
Full induction training available with updated refreshers training regularly. Carers have the option to complete their NVQ Level 2 and/or Level 3 post probation and will complete the 'Care Certificate' upon joining.
