Responsibilities
Working under Head Chef, assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food production and preparation to adhere the dietary needs and food allergens requirements of our residents
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations
Complete all documentation to comply with HACCP/Safer Food Better Business Standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Skills
Strong background in food production, preparation, and culinary techniques.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Exceptional cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
