We're on the search for our new Surveying Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent IT skills, particularly using Microsoft Office and great organisational and communication skills.

AccessAble's Detailed Access Guides tell you all about a venue's access - hotels and guest houses, places to eat and drink, places to visit and much more. The guides are 100% facts, figures and photographs. We know everyone's accessibility needs are different, which is why having detailed, accurate information is so important. It's why AccessAble send trained surveyors to check out every single place in person and why the information collected has all been decided by the people who use it.

Users can check out access information for 70,000 venues across the UK and Ireland before they leave home or on the move using AccessAble's App and website.

Could you be our new Surveying Administrator?



Over the past 20 years AccessAble has grown extensively in all sectors, nationwide. We have a passion for quality and due to our growth, we are looking to add to our existing team. As a surveying administrator, you will provide crucial support to the nationwide surveying team by:

Contacting venues to arrange appointments and maintaining records. Booking hotels and transportation Supporting GDPR procedures Sending out equipment and paperwork Providing general administrative support to the Surveying Administration Manager

You'll be responsible for:



Phoning and emailing various venues around the UK to make appointments for surveyors Updating and maintaining schedules of work in Excel and the company user interface (UI) Liaising with surveyors and keeping them updated regarding schedules of work To provide logistical support to surveying staff as required - booking hotels and transport and maintaining records. Maintaining records relating to company/pool cars, driving licence checks, insurance etc To check surveyor expense forms as required To provide additional admin support to the Surveying Administration.

Person specification:



In order to succeed in this, you will require the following skills and attributes:

Good administration skills Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail. Excellent communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate using telephone, email and face to face (virtually). Empathy with AccessAble's aims Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel and a User Interface/Computer System. Good I.T skills Good with figures Excellent and polite telephone manner. Well presented with a positive attitude.

Desirable



Knowledge of disability and equality. Pass grades in GCSE Maths and English.

Call handling / call centers Administration or logistics Using Excel, Outlook and MS Office Remote working

Location:



Home based. Occasional travel will be required to attend team meetings and training.

Salary

: 19,047.60 pro-rata / per annum (23,809.50 FTE)

Working Hours:

30 hours per week

We are in the position to offer an immediate start.

Contract:



This is a permanent contract.
