Job Description

We are looking for Pool Lifeguards to join our team on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.

Hours are as follows;
- Wednesday's - hours available between 3:30 - 7:15pm from February 2026
- Thursday's 4:30-7pm from February 2026
- Sunday's 10:45am - 12pm - immediate start

Lifeguards are responsible for providing safe supervision of all swimming lessons. Applicants must hold;
- A valid NPLQ, ideally to a 3m depth or be willing to obtain this
- Membership to the RLSS (preferred)
- Be DBS Enhanced checked or willing to obtain one
- Attending or be willing to attend regular monthly training

We require someone who is;
- Professional
- Presentable
- Approachable
- Good communicator with all ages
- Ideally has customer facing experience
- Proactive
- Able to use initiative

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe supervision of sessions
- Liaise with customers / pupils when necessary to prevent situations resulting in an incident

- Responsible for ensuring poolside is set-up correctly at all times and move lane ropes accordingly.
- Be confident in ability and responsibilities in an emergency
- Attend regular training which is held in-house on the first Tuesday of the month
- Complete accident/incident report forms

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 11.00 per hour
