Working from Head Office (Chester) to aid our Franchise network with system support set ups and general queries utilising the One Touch Health system. The rostering system is a multi-platform solution that SureCare has chosen to operate the rostering of care workers to ensure safe delivery of home care visits.
This role will involve full training of the system with the ultimate goal of being able to deliver basic support functions including queries, and general administrative support for the Training Manager.
Hours
37 hours per week Monday - Friday excluding bank holiday.

Principal Responsibilities
1. To gain extensive knowledge of the company's rostering system One Touch Health.
2. To be the first point of contact for any One Touch Health queries.
3. Troubleshoot and redirect calls outside of the standard support questions to the Training Manager.
4. Maintains and operates an accurate record of all One Touch Health queries.
5. Provides administrative support for the Training Manager.
6. Updates documents and forms, and uploads updated Policies & Procedures and Templates to the One Touch Health Platform.
7. Maintains and operates databases, spreadsheets and other forms of information, handling and disseminating this information as required.
8. Carries out other administrative tasks as required to support our Care Services.
9. Maintains appropriate filing and retrieval systems.
10. Undertakes relevant small-scale research projects as required.
11. Participates in team meetings.
12. Undertakes training on One Touch Health as required.
13. Responsible for own Health and Safety, ensuring a safe working environment for colleagues.
14. Undertake any other duties in line with the basic objectives of the post.
15. Prepares correspondence, reports, documents, and carries out other routine administration.
