ICT Reverse have been established for over 20 years as one of the UK's leading, fully accredited providers of reverse logistics for all ICT data bearing assets. The ICT Systems Support role is integral to the Company. You will be working closely with the Head of Systems both collaboratively and independently.
Previous IT / Software experience and knowledge is essential to ensure the successful applicant can join the team and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Administration of in-house CRM/Processing systems
Support for the building with IT issues
Installing user equipment
Assisting with installation and configuration of new systems
Minor database management
Desktop Support
Analysing / creating reports
Data analytics
General IT admin duties
The post holder will develop strong and successful relationships within departments across company and with all third-party support providers.
Setting up new users (hardware & applications) ensuring joiners, leavers and internal movers have the required access/connectivity to systems, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
Good knowledge of the desktop and server technologies and a commitment to technological excellence in support of the business need.
Up-to-date knowledge of all relevant technologies
Excellent organizational skills. Experience of prioritizing own workload, the ability to self-manage under pressure to produce accurate work and meet deadlines
Ability to present information clearly and concisely so that it easily understood by a variety of audiences.
Good oral and written communication skills including competent writing skills, experience of producing accurate and concise documentation and communications.
Experience of setting up PCs, laptops, new starters and resolving issues
Ability to understand and communicate technical issues to non-technical users
An active interest in General IT especially in fault finding, diagnosing issues and finding solutions
Probation Period
You join us on an initial probationary period of six months. During this period your work performance and general suitability will be assessed and, if it is satisfactory, your employment will continue.
