We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy takeaway. This role involves supervising staff, organising and dispatching home delivery orders, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality food production and service. The Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, managing operational procedures, and ensuring the overall success of the venue.
Duties
Lead and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent service delivery
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
Train new staff members in food safety procedures, customer service protocols, and operational policies
Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a takeaway
Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Experience in food safety management and compliance with relevant regulations
Familiarity with food production processes, serving standards, and hospitality industry practices
Previous roles may include restaurant manager, head chef, or hotel food service supervisor
