Our Head Office Talent Management department is seeking a highly organised individual to support and coordinate Talent Development activities for Lidl GB. The team is responsible for leading and implementing Lidl GB and International career development concepts, and for ensuring the continuous professional development of our leaders

We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.

What you\'ll do

  • Supporting the wider Talent Management & Development team with projects
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Head Office and Regional stakeholders answering queries
  • Managing a shared mailbox
  • Supporting with the roll out of Talent & Development topics, including the annual Talent Cycle
  • Supporting with coordination of Development Programmes within GB and Internationally
  • Reporting and compliance of Talent metrics
  • Managing purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintaining processes for the relevant topics
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks
What you\'ll need
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Motivated with exceptional people skills and the ability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels
  • Enthusiastic about the training and development of employees working in various different areas of the business
  • A confident PC user with intermediate Microsoft Office and excellent Excel skills
  • Experience managing information on a database
  • A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Uncompromising attention to detail
  • Able to use their own initiative
