```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Plan and develop menus, ensuring variety and quality of food
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary restrictions
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
```Qualifications```
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Proven experience in team management and supervision
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary principles
- Proficient in food preparation, cooking methods, and plating techniques
- Excellent understanding of hospitality industry standards and customer service
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
