We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety, alongside excellent leadership and team management skills. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food preparation for the tandoor to ensure quality and consistency.
Input into innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Prepare all food according to the in-house preparation schedule ready for cooking
Requirements
At least 4 years proven experience as a tandoor chef
