Duties

Create custom tattoo designs based on client specifications and artistic vision Prepare clients by explaining procedures, aftercare, and addressing any concerns Maintain a sterile and hygienic workspace in accordance with health regulations Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow Engage with clients to build rapport and ensure a positive experience Promote the studio's services through social media management and online platforms Assist with front desk duties including booking, payments, and guest services Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage when appropriate Contribute to the studio's overall management by participating in team meetings and training sessions

Experience

Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill Background in management or supervisory roles is beneficial but not essential Experience in social media management to effectively promote the studio's offerings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services to ensure client satisfaction Skills in related beauty or wellness treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage are desirable but not mandatory Ability to upsell services tactfully to enhance client experience while supporting business growth
