This is a fast-paced role for someone who can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and keep drivers moving when it matters.
The role:
Allocating work to drivers efficiently
Monitoring live jobs and reacting quickly to changes
Taking calls from drivers and customers
Handling issues, delays, and last-minute changes
Keeping systems accurate and up to date
You must:
Be able to work
various hours, including weekends
Hold a full UK driving licence
Have your own transport
(essential due to location)
Be organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Have good communication and basic IT skills
Controller experience is an advantage but not essential
