Part Time Call Centre Controller positions available to join our busy 24/7 call centre in Edinburgh.
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
Experience in taxi industry with previous dispatch/control role in taxi call centre
Proficient in workings and control of taxi booking system
Management of workload and dispatching of jobs to drivers
Effective Communication with public/customers/account holders/staff and drivers
Dealing with any driver issues
Manage call centre room including staff/breaks
Effective feedback communication and management
Technical ability to ensure smooth running of call centre operation room
Oversee feedback management of agents
PC Administration work competence, ensuring key information is logged and completed for shift
Interest and ability to lead the shift with a positive attitude
Promote positive team working environment and calmness
The candidates:
Confident, polite, clear and empathetic communication
Highest level of Accuracy and Attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of taxi industry
Demonstrate ability to manage all aspects of control room
Positive helpful and informative attitude to promote effective working practice
Experience and understanding of customer service expectations
Immediate starts available.
Shift allowance for weekend working.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.94-15.55 per hour
