Tea Room Assistant

Main responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment. Maintaining clean and inviting service and seating areas. Describing menu items and offering product suggestions to customers. Taking orders and serving customers with a smile. Ensuring food and drink displays are well-stocked and presentable. Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory counts. General housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy environment. Handling cash and operating the till. Assisting in food preparation. Preparing simple dishes from our menu in case of emergencies and helping in the kitchen when needed.
Food Hygiene Certificate
- minimum Level 2 required.Salary
: Dependent on age and experience.If you're enthusiastic about tea, food service, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you!
