Rosey Lea has expanded from 2 tearooms to three in the last 3 years. To support operation, we are looking for an experienced leader to join our team.
Your main responsibility in this role will be to supervise the day-to-day activity of your team to ensure operational excellence. You will lead your team by example and work closely with your peers in other Rosey Lea shops, maintaining the highest standards and delivering excellent service to both your team and customers.
The following skills are necessary for this role:
previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, demonstrating the skill to manage, motivate and coach.
the ability to work with and help shape schedules, budgets and targets
the ability to think creatively, prioritise, and work calmly and efficiently under pressure
experience of working with stock
experience of working in a team

Your normal working pattern will be 5 days a week, including one weekend day, and a double weekend every other weekend. Hours are between 8am and 6pm, with one early finish per week.
We need a bubbly enthusiast individual. Keeping the team upbeat. Making sure the tearooms are serving a 5experience to the customers.
