The Governors of AJS are seeking to appoint a motivated and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of Y3 class teachers to support pupils' learning, wellbeing, and development across the school.

We are looking for someone who:

Has an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Supporting Teaching and Learning Has experience working with primary-aged children Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues Communicates clearly and effectively Is committed to inclusion, teamwork, and helping children succeed


Experience supporting children delivering small-group interventions is desirable but not essential.
