The Governors and Leaders of our school are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to support all children with their learning in our friendly, inclusive and vibrant school. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from 1st September 2025 on a 12-month temporary contract following the secondment of the existing postholder.

Be committed to safeguarding children and families
Support teaching and learning in the classroom, working under the guidance of the class teacher
Cover PPA and cover whole class for teacher absence
Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups to help them achieve their full potential
Lead lunchtime and outdoor play.
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources
Promote the school's ethos and values, acting as a role model for pupils
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Flexibility, high expectations, and a nurturing approach are essential for this role.
