Teaching Assistant (SEND Support) - Harrow - Full Time - September Start

Hours:

8:30am - 3:30pm (30 mins own lunch + 30 mins lunch cover)

Pay:

95 - 100 per day

A supportive and inclusive primary setting in Harrow is looking for a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to work full-time from September, supporting a pupil in Key Stage 1 with complex SEND needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent 1:1 support to a non-verbal KS1 pupil with

speech and language

and

cognition and learning

needs Assist within a small group when appropriate, ensuring all pupils remain engaged and supported Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver a personalised timetable Support interventions including

Bucket Time

and

Attention Autism

Promote independence and confidence in a nurturing and structured environment
What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with

similar SEND profiles

is highly desirable A strong interest in SEND and a commitment to inclusive education Confident communicator and collaborative team member Calm, patient, and resilient, with a proactive approach to learning support
