We are recruiting for experienced professional Team Leaders for our Children's Home and School located on Nidderdale in Hull working with children and young people with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH).
Within the home provides leadership to the care functions of the home. A Team Leader is integral in supporting the development of the Cascade ethos within the home and across the company, role modeling for all staff, children and young people. The primary focus is to develop the staff team to work effectively, developing knowledge and skills to help support our children and young people to achieve their goals.

Assist in the design and administration of an evaluation of the care standards and care service provision.
Systematically solve day-to-day problematic issues which arise.
Care Services:
Assist in the development of the philosophy, goals and objectives for the care practice.
Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of care implementation and delivery
Implement action to meet and maintain care standards.
Work in cooperation with members of multidisciplinary health teams in order to maximise opportunities for childrens therapeutic care.
Ensure childrens rights are protected.
Encourage a model of self-care and childrens rehabilitation.
Record relevant activities in Care Plans.
Evaluate standards of care competence.
To be involved in the on-call rota

Ensure a professional link between the staff team and management
To step in and support the management team with any tasks deemed necessary for the home and children
Encourage innovative methods for the delivery of care.
Encourage health promotion within care strategies.
