We are seeking a
passionate and experienced Team Leader
to support the Service Manager in leading day-to-day shift operations.
You will:
? Provide practical assistance and emotional support to your team
? Lead by example and share best practice
? Ensure children achieve their goals and aspirations
? Work across a variety of shifts on a rota basis
? Be on call Monday to Thursday
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:
? You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
? You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
? Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
? You require sponsorship - no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
