About The Role

Your role will be dedicated to working with our client who has an

Acquired Brain Injury and Behaviours that Challenge

, living in their own home. Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them with their activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.

This is a

Team Leader position

, duties will include, rota management, team oversight, supervisions and overseeing stock checks and more.

This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

This is a 2:1 Package.

Hours of Work

Monday to Sunday: 8.00am to 8.00pm Long Day Shifts

Monday to Sunday: 8.00pm to 8.00am Sleeping Night Shifts

Rates of Pay

18.00 per hour - (Mon - Fri) Day shift

19.00 per hour - (Mon - Fri) Night shift

19.00 per hour - (Sat - Sun) Day shift

20.00 per hour - (Sat - Sun) Night shift

12.21 per hour - (Mon - Fri) Sleeping night

12.50 per hour - (Sat - Sun) Sleeping night

12.50 per hour - Training rate

About You

Required

Experience of working in a Team Leader role Friendly, approachable and confident Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex needs Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client Full driving licence is required as you will be driving the client's vehicle Non smoker
Desirable

Registered on the DBS update service
