What you'll do:

Lead shifts with confidence and energy, creating a positive, structured environment for young people Mentor and motivate your team to deliver outstanding care and support Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high standards and compliance Be a role model, building trust and promoting independence among the young people we support Take an active role in the home's development as we expand into new services

What we're looking for:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Experience supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs Someone who thrives in a busy, team-based environment and leads by example Strong communication and organisational skills A full UK driving licence
