What you'll be doing



As a

Team Organiser

your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):



Ensure that effective administrative support is provided to the Senior Management Team
Provide administrative support to co-ordinate and organise team events such as team meetings, team building
Support the OLE Materials Manager by undertaking a range of regular and ad hoc administrative tasks including document controls, filing, stores controls, client paperwork and minutes to support the effective provision of project administration services to the project
Pro-actively support the behavioural safety programme
