Job Title: Property Administrator/Team Secretary

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We currently have an exciting opportunity to bring onboard a Team Secretary/Property Administrator to join the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) business on a permanent contract in London.
The key purpose of this role is to provide secretarial and administration support to the property team. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and will undertake project specific responsibilities as and when required.

About you



Previous experience of secretarial and administration work. Property experience and understanding of legal and property technical terms would be beneficial. Good Microsoft office skills (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook) Strong time management skills Team working Excellent organisational skills Prioritising workloads Good written and verbal communication skills Able to build strong inter department relationships Ability to organise workload and work on own initiative
