As a Team Leader, you will oversee and support a team of care workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care plans, supervising staff, and maintaining effective communication with clients, their family members and the team members.

Primary responsibilities include:
Welcoming new clients to the service, which includes completing assessments and care plans
Planning the service for clients (including keeping care plans up to date)
Establishing a personal connection with clients (and their team members) to ensure they are happy and content with the service
Working directly with clients to meet their care needs
Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of service users
Providing leadership to front-line care staff through supervisions and appraisals
Ability to adapt and address situations quickly
Experience
Previous experience in the care sector is preferred.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising staff.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best work.
