Ikonix are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic person who has a "Techie" interest in supplying, configuring and supporting products and services such as VoIP telephony & Internet connections along with Network configurations.

A basic understanding of Routers / Internet & networks is a positive start and would suit someone leaving college or keen to get into a Support IT / Techie role.

The Role will be reporting into the Engineering Manager and you will be trained to carry out:

1st Line support for VoIP Clients Site Surveys Full VoIP installations & configurations Maintenance of Networks & Solutions Cabling
Our engineers provide remote & onsite support across the South East of England during normal working days Mon - Fri 09:00-17:30 with the odd out of hours job! Most of our clients are based locally in and around Kent & Sussex.

Candidate Requirements

Full Driving licence - Manual Good communication skills Desire to offer customer satisfaction Within commuter distance of Maidstone Attention to detail

Salary: From 25,000.00 per year (Dependant upon age & experience)

IMPORTANT - Due to our client base location, only candidates who live locally will be considered or responded to.
