Job Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced quality manager to join our busy production and logistics operation at our purpose built site in Hirwaun.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures to retain the recognised standards/certifications, and all customer specific requirements and for driving continued improvements to operational Quality, Health & Safety, and environmental aspects of the business.

Do you have:

Experience in a quality or manufacturing related role, preferably in FMCG industry. Experience of working with Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) and FSC CoC processes. Experience of working with UK & EU product test standards. Experience of hosting external audit service providers. Experience of non-conformance resolution. Experience of creating raw material & packaging specifications. Good people management. Experience of health, safety and environmental management.
