Are you who we are looking for?



Reporting to the Country Manager based in our Polish factory in Warka, the Technical member is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the specific standards across our production facilities in Hutton Conyers, to ensure compliance with the industry accredited requirements.

Your duties will include -

Daily Auditing of our facilities and ensuring readiness for BRC accreditation

Making sure our Quality Management System is up to date and BRC ready

Leading external audits for organics / kosher / halal / BRC and client visits.

Data reporting and managing non-conformances

Quality checking and spot testing of goods

Establishing new testing policies

Project management of new initiatives the company wishes to pursue

Technical (client interaction) inbox support

Essential Skills and Attributes:



Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel

NEBOSH General Cert or IOSH qualification

Knowledge of Health and Safety Law, regulations, codes of practice and good practice

Capable of producing risk assessments

Someone who is confident to get on with the job, is organised and thorough, who can get up to speed quickly

Have a keen eye for detail

A good understanding of compliance and quality assurance

Excellent communication skills through multiple channels

Be a driven, forward-thinking, and innovative

Work as a team to achieve Company objectives
