The Role

We are looking for an inspirational individual to join our amazing Data Engineering team to play a key role in driving transformation and growth for our clients enabling us to achieve our goals. You will have had experience working with marketing technologies, designing customer strategies, and drawing actionable insights from data analytics to help our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and interpret client requirements and across project collateral from statement of work, project specifications and status reporting documents
  • Enact technical delivery by orchestrating the appropriate resources required to meet project requirements
  • Facilitate necessary technical investigations into system optimisation opportunities, efficiencies or unexpected behaviours and actively manage these within our internal planning systems
  • Where necessary, formulate business cases with benefits and risks, impact assessments, recommended option to take to client stakeholders for approval
  • Regularly monitor and plan budget expenditure in line with client priorities
  • Anticipate our clients\xe2\x80\x99 changing needs to proactively explore future project opportunities that would be valuable to the client and profitable for Planning-inc, alongside managing the existing roadmap
Your Experience & Skills:
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience gained ideally within the direct/data marketing industry, preferably with demonstrable experience in working with both digital and offline datasets
  • Comfortable with technical concepts around systems integration, cloud solutions, big data and CDP platforms
  • Experience of hands-on database programming or other application languages
  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders, both external and internal
  • Excellent people skills that will inspire and motivate
  • Strong commercial awareness and demonstrable skills at maintaining client profitability
  • Degree level, IDM Diploma or equivalent and numerate
  • Comfortable with analysis and interpreting insight to create actionable strategies
