The Role
As part of our growing sales and technical team, you'll guide customers through their renewable energy journey--converting inbound inquiries (both on the phone and on site), following up on leads, and developing tailored technical solutions that exceed expectations.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role--ideal for someone ambitious, customer-oriented, and technically confident within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead Engagement
- Respond to and qualify inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries, guiding prospects through the sales process.
o Follow-Up & Conversion
- Proactively follow up on quotes and leads, identify key decision-makers, and close sales.
o Customer Support
- Provide clear, professional support for queries and complaints, building lasting trust.
o Solution Design
- Produce
MCS-compliant designs
for Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage, and underfloor heating systems using approved tools.
o Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all sales activity aligns with
MCS
and relevant consumer codes.
o Business Development
- Nurture repeat business, build relationships with developers and contractors, and identify growth opportunities.
o CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and contribute insights on performance.
o Team Collaboration
- Share insights, support process improvements, and contribute to wider company objectives.
What We're Looking For
o Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of renewable technologies and domestic heating systems.
o Property/Energy Assessment Experience -
Knowledge within the domestic energy assessment/EPC requirements for properties and an understanding of property construction types for site visits.
o Technical Skills
- Proficiency in
MCS standards
, heat loss calculations, and relevant design tools.
o Sales Experience
- Track record in a sales within the energy or technical sectors would be beneficial.
o CRM Proficiency
- Confident in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
o Safety-Focused
- Strong commitment to safe working practices and compliance.

Pay: 32,000.00-40,000.00 per year
