Job summary:
This is a telemarketing position for a leading HVAC (UK) Limited Company that is part of a global enterprise with its headquarters in Belgium. This is a 'hands-on' position to develop and help realise the company's marketing strategy, and in meeting ambitious but realistic goals and objectives
Work collaboratively with all departments to develop company strategy in terms of vision, focus, goals, and objectives to drive business growth and profitability
Main responsibilities and deliverables:
Research project data using Barbour ABI's construction data platform
Create search criteria to develop opportunities in accordance with business objectives
Telephone stakeholders to nurture and develop interest in Jaga's products and services
Make use of mail-merge and other digital media to present Jaga to stakeholders
Significant input in content and media design and optimisation
Use CRM to manage opportunities and all relevant actions
Develop opportunities to create and deliver qualified sales leads to the external sales team
Liaise with internal and external sales & marketing colleagues as required to help develop opportunities
Work to specific key performance indicators designed to enhance and measure overall performance
Prepare monthly reports detailing activity, opportunity development and conversion to sales qualified lead
Make sales appointments for external sales team to develop leads
Following up on quotes by contacting customers via phone and email, effectively answering any customer queries regarding products, prices, and deliveries in an accurate and timely manner
Recording progress, updating and maintaining accurate records on customer relationship management (CRM) system
Providing administrative support to all other departments, initially the field-based sales team and internal sales team
Any other reasonable task delegated by line manager
Skills:
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Excellent computer literacy - proficiency in Excel, Word, and the ability to easily pick up new online systems including CRM
Very good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work
Strong attention to detail
Ability to be focused, work calmly and accurately under pressure
Ability to learn quickly and build good understanding of Jaga product range (training provided)
