Welcome to Ingenia. We are recruiting for a great opportunity to join our Sales team as a Telesales Executive responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships within the hospitality sector of which Ingenia has won several contracts with leading corporate hospitality groups.

Your day-to-day focus on proactive outreach via phone and email, precise quoting, and fast, and follow up to ensure a consistently high level of customer engagement and sales performance.

Proactive Sales Outreach



Identify and contact new prospective hospitality cluster managers, and individual corporates through outbound phone calls and targeted e-mail campaigns. Carry out daily follow up of live enquiries by making phone-calls and sending emails utilising the HubSpot follow up system

Client Management & Development



Hold and develop the relationships with the Hospitality Group purchasing managers, developing trust and confidence Submit quotations in response to enquiries, and hand-hold the clients with everything they need in order to arrive at the right product and place their orders Maintain discipline in operating the systems provided, and specifically utilising the HubSpot CRM to ensure each lead is carefully recorded and handled

Key skills and traits required



Comfortable in speaking to prospects via phone and email outreach, meeting specific call targets. Good personable phone manner, have a passionate approach Calm, able to handle spikes in workload Show initiative, don't just stop at what you have been asked to do, go the extra mile

Other responsibilities



Work closely with internal teams including customer service, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment of the work you are procuring
