Lancaster Brewery is seeking a Full Time or part time Telesales account manager to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customer base, experience in the cask or craft beer industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given

Lancaster brewery produces high-quality cask and craft keg beers with a quality and consistent brand with excellent customer satisfaction.

As a Telesales account manager, you will be responsible for completing sales, building relationships and prospecting new customers over the phone and via email. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue by promoting our products, including a range of cask and craft keg beers, visiting customers as and when required to help promote the brands and building customer awareness along with our sister company Lancaster Spirits Co. As such a valid full clean driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products.

Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including cask and craft keg beers also our spirit range .

Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Maintain accurate customer records .

Handle customer queries, provide excellent customer service,

Stay updated on industry trends.

telesales experience, preferably in the cask or craft beer industry, though not essential.

- Strong communication skills.

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Passion for craft cask and keg beers or an eagerness to learn.

- Able to visit customers if required

Salary 23,500- 24,500 pro rata
