Spanish or Portuguese Telesales & Data Verification Representatives.
:
- Seasonal Responsibilities: Consumer Verification -
- Outbound and inbound telephone calls verifying parcel delivery information
- Confirmation of names, addresses, delivery details, and contact numbers
- GDPR-compliant data validation procedures - CRM and Microsoft Office data entry and updates
- Logging of call outcomes, escalations, and corrections
- Professional customer service under peak call volumes
- Identification and reporting of data inaccuracies or risk flags
- Meeting accuracy and performance throughput targets
- Maintenance of call quality and compliance standards
A successful Telesales & Data Verification Representative should have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional, engaging telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy focus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese conversational proficiency required also.
- Reliability and time management skills under deadline pressure
- Competitive hourly rate of 20.00.
- Fully remote, immediate start with potential to go perm if desired.
