The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth -- engaging with potential customers, identifying interest, and generating qualified leads for our solar energy consultants. You will play a key role by getting leads while earning great rewards for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Engage confidently and professionally with decision-makers.
Qualify leads and book appointments for our solar specialists.
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For:
Previous telesales or call centre experience preferred (but not essential -- full training provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude.
A positive mindset and enthusiasm for renewable energy.
