Job Overview:

We are currently seeking 4 Telesales Lead Generators to join our contact centre team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products or services. This role requires good, genuine communication skills, no fear of making phone calls, a friendly personality, the ability to read relevant information to generate customer interest in products that will help them.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers

- Engage in natural, relevant conversations with Customers using available information

- Build your own customer database by developing relationships with Customers

- Explain how a product can help someone

- Keep accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM

- Enjoy achieving set targets for calls made and leads generated

- Maintain professionalism and positivity at all times

Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn and implement

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Familiarity with inputting data into a computer

- Ability to see targets as a challenge and not a burden
