Telesales Manager

to lead our outbound sales team in Sydney. This is your opportunity to combine

You will lead a high-performing outbound sales team, driving KPIs, coaching top talent, and shaping a world-class sales culture. Your mission is to maximise pipeline generation, create qualified opportunities, and ensure your team consistently achieves and exceeds targets, all within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:




Lead & Inspire Your Team




Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing telesales team Run 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews Foster a high-energy, accountable, and collaborative culture

Drive Performance & Results




Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Analyse data to identify gaps and optimise performance Implement action plans to maximise pipeline and productivity Maintain accurate reporting and call-quality standards

Operational & Commercial Excellence




Oversee outbound activity, call volumes, lead quality, and conversions Ensure professional, compliant, and consistent brand representation Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to boost campaign impact Research clients and proactively build a strong pipeline

Stakeholder Collaboration




Align team activity with broader commercial objectives Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to Sales Directors Support strategic planning for pipeline growth and team development

About you




Proven leader of KPI-driven telesales or outbound teams Skilled in coaching, performance management, and data-driven decision-making Confident communicator, able to lead, influence, and handle challenging situations Organised, results-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, proactive mindset Experience in global organisations, CRM systems, or design/build/commercial sectors is a plus
