The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Telesales Manager
to lead, develop, and drive performance within our telesales team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and knows how to get the best out of people.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a telesales team to achieve and exceed targets
Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and monitor performance
Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales staff
Drive lead conversion and appointment-setting performance
Monitor call quality, compliance, and customer experience
Analyse sales data and produce performance reports
Work closely with senior management to align telesales strategy with company goals
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and results
About You
Proven experience managing a telesales or call centre sales team
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational and reporting abilities
Experience in solar, energy, or home improvement sales is an advantage
