We are seeking motivated and dynamic Telesales Manager to join our expanding team. Experience in the double glazing industry is an advantage. Your primary role will be to recruit, train and motivate telesales people. You will need to have proven leadership experience for this role. This is a full time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating sales through effective communication. All sales leads are supplied. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine marketing strategies.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for sales made.
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English.
Must have a bouncy and bubbly personality.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
